muscle building (as a vegan)

Recommended Posts for muscle building (as a vegan)

Pro Bodybuilder Torre Washington is shown twice. On the left he is on stage in a bodybuilding pose. The solid muscles of his torso and arms on display. On the right, he is in the gym, his arms curled showing highly defined and sculptured arm muscles.

Emily Moran Barwick of Bite Size Vegan is shown four times from her knees upward. The first image shows Emily in a bikini with the word “before” below it. Emily is reasonably toned but does not display hard muscle. The other three images are similar in nature. In each, a later version of Emily is shown in a bodybuilding pose. Her magnificent physique is displayed to its best effect. Her muscles are hard and well defined.
