Alive by Accident is a documentary in two parts, chronicling a fatal livestock trailer accident that granted eight cows bound for slaughter a chance at life, and their subsequent rescue.
In Part One – Impossible Rescue, join Iowa Farm Sanctuary co-founder Shawn and Emily from Bite Size Vegan as they visit the crash site, begin the long search for survivors, and finally, bring the eight boys to their new forever home.
In Part Two – The Survivors, you’ll get to meet the survivors—each an individual in their own right. Deemed “The Liber8ed” by Iowa Farm Sanctuary, their very survival was the accident.
