I give you a tour of my basement gym and outdoor gym in this informal nugget‚ “informanugget”, if you will. With some awesome outdoor scenery, so a scenugget, if you will as well. If you won’t, that’s fine. I’m doing it anyway ;)
Today’s video is perhaps one of the most informal ever, but I wanted to just give you a peek into my gym setup in the basement and my incredible outdoor gym that I’m so fortunate to have. For a while there I was focusing on Bite Size Vegan so exclusively that I stopped working out and virtually stopped sleeping.
So now, I’m giving a great effort to take care of myself and my body so I can keep advocating for the animals, even though it’s difficult for me to stop work and take some time to do so.
I hope you enjoy this very laid-back nugget and look into my world. After Wednesday’s epic video, my brain needed a mini-vacation. I’m starting to learn I can’t bust out The History of Veganism video three times a week and expect to be in good health. Let me know what you think of the occasional informal vlog or “day in the life” in the comments!

It wasn’t boring but the basement was creepy.
I love the outdoor gym. Bike rides are the way to go. I also do yoga.
Thanks for the gym tour, I was wondering when we’d get to see it. Way to be creative and work with what you’ve got in order to get your workout in.
I definitely like the outdoor gym set up you’ve gone with as well. ;) And enjoyed the, super-speed, bike trip. I really appreciate bike paths for the ability to connect more with your surroundings and nature rather than having to pay attention to navigating yourself through street traffic all the time. Glad you’re taking some more time for you, that’s important too!
Love the gym tour. It’s way better than mine. Which is a few free weights, a ball and a bike in the corner of my bedroom. lol My outside gym is just my shoes. lol Would kill for a real bike and the time to go on rides.
Really enjoyed your video of the bike path, it’s great to get out in nature.
