Today I’m going to show you how to make delicious bite size raw vegan pecan pies that are ready in less than one minute! Vegan food, even raw vegan food, can be simple, quick, easy and cheap!
Today I’m going to show you how to make delicious Bite Size Vegan raw pecan pies that are ready in less than a minute! This is a “recipe” I have made for Thanksgiving in the past, and it’s always gone over great with vegans and non-vegans alike. Veganism doesn’t have to be complicated and expensive. You can make simple vegan recipes that are quick and cheap and still taste great! I’m a big fan of simple, low-maintenance eating. While there are a lot of complex vegan recipes out there, I’m all about simplicity without sacrificing taste, and these bite size pecan pies definitely hit the spot.
So here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
organic Medjool dates (as many as you’d like)
organic pecans (twice the number of dates you have)
Instructions:
Now I hope you’re paying attention so you don’t miss the delicate intricacies of this recipe: Take a date and tear it in half. Then remove the pit and replace the pit with a pecan. And voila, bite size raw vegan pecan pie bites! Now here is the important part. You repeat the same action with the other half of the date. So you get two pies for one date!
The best part of this recipe is that no one has to suffer to make it, including you and your taste buds. When we eat non-vegan foods, our enjoyment comes at the expense of others’ lives. But as you can see, you can have food that’s just as tasty and easy to make without harming others.
Let me know how this recipe turns out for you. I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to replicate it in its entirety!
